Here is a list of green elements that have been implemented in this project
WATER QUALITY
- Water efficient landscaping
- Water Conditioning. This new water-conditioning technology prevents the destructive effects of scale and mineral build up due to hard water. It stabilizes the pH balance, stops hard water build up and scaling on sinks, tubs, faucets, showerheads, dishwashers, clothes washers, etc. This water conditioning provides electrons to the water in a catalytic manner to reduce electron deficiencies in the water. The system eliminates the need for traditional water softening systems.

PASSIVE SOLAR
- Passive solar refers to means of using sunlight for energy without active mechanical systems
